Pottery Care
This pottery is food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. I personally put my own pottery in the dishwasher and microwave. That said, the best way to care for any ceramics is to hand wash them and avoid leaving acidic or otherwise staining food/drink on them for prolonged periods.
All ceramics are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. Please avoid shocking your pottery by allowing gradual changes between hot and cold.
These pieces are meant for every day use! They are durable and made to be held, eaten from, and drunk from.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All pottery is shipped with USPS and will arrive within 3-5 business days (typically much faster) after being shipped out.
I do my best to ship out orders within 2 business days of purchase. If for any reason there is a delay, I will reach out to let you know.
US Domestic Shipping Only
I currently only ship within the US. If you are outside the US and interested in my work please reach out to me! I love that you are interested and would enjoy hearing from you.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
I've honestly never had this come up so please reach out after receiving your order (ideally as soon as you receive it) and we can discuss the situation.
What if a piece breaks during transit?
Uh oh! Pottery can break during shipping even with many layers of protection. We never want that to happen but it might from time to time.
If a piece broke in transit let's work together to resolve it quickly. I ship all pottery with insurance coverage. All I need is a description and pictures of the broken piece and the shipping box (ideally same day as arrival). After the insurance claim is submitted, you can either get a replacement piece (if one is available) or a refund.
