Pottery Care
All of my pottery is food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. That said, the best way to care for your handmade ceramics is to hand wash them and avoid leaving acidic or otherwise staining food/drink on them for prolonged periods.
All ceramics are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. Please avoid shocking your piece by allowing gradual changes between hot and cold.
These pieces are meant for every day use! They are durable and I make them to be held, eaten off of, drunk from, etc. Please use them. Enjoy them. That's why I make them. :)
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All pottery is shipped with USPS Priority and will arrive within 2-3 business days after being shipped out.
I am the only person running this shop. I make everything, package it, and ship it out myself. I do my best to ship out orders within 2 days of purchase. If for any reason there is a delay longer than 5 days, I will reach out to let you know. Again, I am personally packing every order so please be patient and know I am working to get your order to you quickly.
US Domestic Shipping Only
I currently only ship within the US. If there is enough demand one day I will expand to ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
I will handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to me within 30 days of receiving your order via the contact form and include all of the relevant details of your return request.
What if a piece breaks during transit?
I do my best to package all of my pieces to avoid breakages but shipping is tough on pottery. Rarely, pieces will break. If this happened to your order, let's work together to resolve it quickly. Send me an email and please include pictures of the damaged piece and the packaging as quickly as possible (ideally same-day as arrival). This is important for resolving it with shipping insurance.
